Action: Flexes the little finger at its metacarpophalangeal joint together with some lateral rotation.
Innervation: Deep branch of the ulnar nerve, C8 and T1 (primary).
Note: This site, along with other muscles of the distal extremities, has been found to be optimal for tceMEPs. Additional muscle groups may be monitored to provide added information, but the data is generally considered to be less reliable.
